Shipping & Returns
DB Toys Shipping Policy:
Since we were collectors before we were sellers we understand how important it is to have your items arrive safely. We pack our items very carefully and provide tracking for all of our shipments.
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. Items ordered on a weekend or holiday will begin to process on the next business day.
After your item has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. You can locate your order status by going to Customer Service and then Account Information page and then click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
DB Toys Return Policy:
If you are unhappy with your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received unless prior approval was given. This means if you bought a figure that was new in an unopened package, then it must be returned in good condition and unopened.
Items that are not returned properly will not be refunded nor will they be reshipped.
While we take every precaution to deliver item to our customers satisfaction we are not responsible for defects from the manufacturer, such as paint variations or defects.
We also do not guarantee that you will receive a chase unless you purchased one directly. If you return an item because you did not receive a chase that you wanted you will be charge a cancellation fee.
Once your return is received a credit will be issued to your account within 30 days.
To return your item please follow the instructions outlined below.
1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please remember that the item must be returned in the same condition it was received to ensure credit.
2. Please include on a sheet of paper your order number, billing name, and address with the item(s). You may print out a copy of your invoice to send if that is easier.
3. Before sending your item please make sure to remove all extra labels from the outside of your shipping box.
4. Make sure to send the package to the following address:

It is recommended that you use USPS for your return. If you use parcel select please insure your item as we will not be responsible for shipping damages.
Make sure to keep a copy of your package tracking number so you are able to monitor delivery status.
A credit will be issued to your account within 30 days of our receiving your return.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless prior authorization was given.
